Hey Everyone! Being able to apply DesignThinking to my marketing career, and even to life in general, has been such a breath of fresh air. I've been wanting to capture some of the lessons I've learned along the way for awhile now and am just getting around to doing it. This is a blend of lots of innovation startup marketing, trying to transform how a global giant like General Electric Corporate serves internal customers, and all that I've learned about design thinking from the amazing teachers IDEO U.
